Online Flexibility classes 

These classes run for 90 min via a zoom link that you will be sent after booking.  The focus is on joint mobilization, stability and building active flexibility.  All levels are welcome. There are two back/shoulder focused days and two leg/hip focused days each week. 

£9 per class
