Flexibility classes

 

 

Upper body -back and shoulders          

This class focuses on opening your back and shoulders. We'll start with a good warm up, paying close attention to the best alignment for your spine and shoulders to feel strong and safe going into your backbends.  I'll encourage you to work at your own pace and will give you modifications and progressions that fit your level. 

Lower body- hips and legs

This class is all focused on releasing, stretching and strengthening your leg and hips. We'll start with a good warm up for your muscles and joints working our way towards the splits. I'll encourage you to work at your own pace and will give you modifications and progressions that fit your level.
